Letter sent to the members of the Brazos River Gun and Archery Club:
On the website of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality there is a complaint that shot and bullets are accumulating on adjacent property. The TCEQ webpage indicates that the complaint has been "closed" as a result of investigation #560241.
Update 5/23: In response to my request for information about the investigation TCEQ sent this reply:
The investigation for Brazos River Gun and Archery Club (investigation no. 560241) is still on-going and investigation report has not been finalized. If you are the complainant then you will be sent a copy of the finalized report. If you aren't the complainant then we can get you a copy once the report is completed.
