Two stories by Doyle today, both with ludicrous headlines:
U.N. urges world to slow extinctions
and
Wild potatoes, peanuts at risk from global warming
There was a time in the very distant past when the newspapers wrote at an 8th grade level. Today with outrageous fiction like: "Extinction rates are rising by a factor of up to 1,000 above natural rates." Reuters seems to be targeting the special education market.
