Who, of all the powerful women in American politics right now, has inspired the unease, dismay and frank dislike that Hillary Clinton has? Condi Rice, Nancy Pelosi, Dianne Feinstein? These are serious women who are making crucial decisions about our national life every day. They inspire agreement and disagreement; they fight and are fought with. But they do not inspire repugnance. Nobody hates Barbara Mikulski, Elizabeth Dole or Kay Bailey Hutchison; everyone respects Ms. Rice and Ms. Feinstein.
What has Peggy been smoking?
Unease, dismay and dislike are very apt adjectives for Pelosi and Feinstein. Many on the left have had far less charitable things to say about Dr. Rice. Peggy then proceeds to finish the paragraph with a sentence that is obviously untrue. So blatantly false that you have to ask why it was written. Plenty of people hate Mikulski, Dole, and Hutchison. In this modern internet age you don't have to speculate on the subject, evidence of those sentiments is only a google away.
Is it possible that someone who uses the English language to earn a living does not know the definition of the word respect? If a poll were taken today I would guess that around 40% would answer that they do not respect a radical left anti second amendment politician named Feinstein. Lastly, Peggy herself has once again demonstrated a lack of respect for Dr. Rice by failing to use her proper title.
